2. Our Services
odiesem.com provides online event registration and ticketing services for events organised or promoted through Odies Event Management.
Event details, including event date, venue, ticket price, programme and other relevant information, will be displayed on the applicable event page.
3. Ticket Purchase
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and ticket purchase is accurate.
After successful payment confirmation, the applicable ticket or registration confirmation will be issued to the customer.
Each ticket may contain a unique ticket number or QR code and must be presented according to the event admission procedures.
4. Payment
Online payments are processed through our designated payment gateway.
A payment is considered successful once the payment gateway has confirmed the transaction.
We do not request or store customers’ online banking passwords or banking login credentials.
5. Ticket Validity
Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date and venue stated on the ticket.
Tickets that have already been used, duplicated, altered or obtained through unauthorised means may be rejected.
Customers are responsible for keeping their ticket and QR code secure.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
